✔ 4 boneless chicken breasts ✔ 2 cups fresh spinach ✔ 4 oz cream cheese ✔ 1 cup shredded mozzarella ✔ 2 cloves garlic, salt, pepper

Cheesy Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Instructions:

Carefully slice a pocket into the side of each chicken breast using a sharp knife. Do not cut all the way through—just enough to hold the filling.

Sauté spinach and garlic until wilted. Mix with softened cream cheese and mozzarella until creamy. Let cool slightly before stuffing.

Spoon the spinach cheese filling evenly into each chicken breast pocket. Secure edges with toothpicks to prevent leaking during cooking.

Season stuffed breasts with salt, pepper, and optional paprika. Sear in a hot skillet with olive oil until golden brown on both sides, 3–4 min per side.

Transfer seared chicken to a preheated oven at 375°F. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 165°F. Let rest before serving.

Serve with mashed potatoes, roasted veggies, or a crisp salad. The rich filling pairs well with light, fresh sides or garlic butter pasta.
